WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE FULL SERVICE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE?
Sharpen blade(s), change oil, oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs, grease points, gauge/inflate tires, labor, parts, and service call – coming to you to do the work at your place.
MY MOWER IS NOT RUNNING WELL OR NOT STARTING AT ALL. CAN YOU HELP?
Most of the time, if your mower won’t start we can get it running. Though, being only mobile, some repairs need to go to a regular shop. Call us for more info.
I NEED A REPAIR DONE. CAN YOU DO THAT?
Because we are completely mobile, our focus is basic yearly maintenance, but there are some small repairs we can handle, like deck belts, cables, etc. Contact us to see if we can help.
I DON’T KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH MY MOWER. CAN YOU HELP?
Our diagnosis service call is $125. If we believe it’s a repair we can help with, we will guide you through the next steps along with what the additional cost would be.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
Call or text us with your name, city the work will be done in, and an overview of the situation. Pictures of the mower are helpful!
CAN YOU SERVICE MY MOWER WHILE I’M GONE?
Yes. We know your life is busy. Convenience is what our customers value. We will give an approximate timeframe and reach out closer to the day of service. You have the option to leave the mower out on the agreed upon day. We service the mower during business hours and place it back where you had it, leaving you free to get things done.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE PAYMENT?
We accept checks, cash, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, and most debit and credit cards.
DO YOU WORK ON CHAINSAWS, BLOWERS, WEEDEATERS, TRIMMERS, PRESSURE WASHERS, TILLERS, OR LARGER FARM TRACTORS?
No. We work on mowers only.
I DON’T NEED SERVICE, JUST NEED TO BUY A MOWER PART. DO YOU SELL MOWER PARTS?
Not without service.
